Important Tour Information
Special rates are available for group bookings. Regular Tour includes private transportation and an English-speaking driver; parking, entrance fees, and lunch are paid separately. Inclusive Tour includes private transportation, English-speaking driver, petrol, parking, entrance fees, shuttle bus to Lempuyang, lunch, and mineral water. The tour is completely private with no other participants.

Terms of Payment
Payment is made in cash and collected on the day of the tour by the assigned driver. Foreign currency payments are converted according to the applicable daily exchange rate.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup with no cancellation fee.
Late Cancellation: Cancellation within 24 hours of pickup is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
No-Show: A 100% no-show charge applies if guests do not arrive without prior notice.
